About Our Team Our team is part of ISG’s Strategy Office, responsible for coordinating Market Intelligence and business strategy formulation, both short and long term. Our team is small but delivers strong value to the ISG leadership team, and we are excited to have an Analyst join us, who is keen to contribute towards this mission. What You Will Do: As a member of the Infrastructure Solution Group's Strategy team, the person in this role will act as an independent, trusted advisor who will help to shape the long term Strategy for ISG based on deep expertise of external ecosystem, trends, and profit pools.  This role will influence strategy decisions by helping to assess and formulate different alternatives  to consider, as well as recommend build vs. buy vs. partner paths.  In addition, this role will manage our 'Strategy Playbook' program which details our 1-2 year strategic execution plans. Responsibilities include: \- Monitor industry, competitive, and technology trends \- Influence and help formulate short term tactical and long term strategic direction of specific business segments \- Manage the 'Strategy Playbook' program including pipeline of topics and content preparation \- Explore additional opportunities in emerging segments, including but not limited to business model transformation #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy or related field • 7+ years of experience in related industry • Expertise in critically reviewing & summarizing findings, and translating to recommendations for upper level management • Experience evaluating business trends and assessing market conditions • Strong business acumen and understanding of the areas/actions that impact profitability • Ability to think strategically • Project Management skills Preferred Qualifications: \- Technical industry experience \- MBA Why Lenovo?
