Qualifications:

- Capacity for independent, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong scientific understanding of the biological target & mechanism of action
- Experience working within a business group
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize different assignments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Phd. degree preferred, Master degree is mandatory
- Major in Molecular Biology or Biological Chemistry
- Graduated from 211, 985 Universities
Qualifications include:
Responsibilities:
- HJB is seeking a manager/ Associate to join its Strategy & BD department.
- Serve as a point person within the team for querying and analyzing data, sourced from multiple databases
- Lead or support acquisition and analysis of data sets to build clear insights on the assets, covering both scientific profile & business case
- Work with the team to produce business cases and analyses with actionable recommendations – to support high-level decision-making on operations, strategy, tactics and change initiatives.
Reporting to Executive Director of Strategy &BD, the Strategy and Business Analysis Manager/Associate will works closely with the internal stakeholders on the asset assessment, developing business cases, evaluating cost/benefits for new initiatives.
Externally, the Strategy and Business Analysis Manager/Associate will work with conduct primary research with KOLs to understand the treatment protocol and also explore unmet clinical needs.
