Responsible for supporting the Head of Strategy and Customer Segments in making sure that strategies and plans are implemented accordingly. The position will also analyze data, prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for the department as well as for BPI-AIA’s CEO.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extracts, manages, and analyzes segmented customer data from multiple sources
• Transform data knowledge and insights to actionable business recommendation through data cleansing, data engineering, data manipulation and data visualization
• Effectively communicate analytic insights through presentation, storytelling and other communication channels
• Liaise with other analytical teams in the BPLAC, PAL, partners and 3rd party providers to develop the company’s overall all analytics capabilities
• Prepared, manages and controls the GOE budget of the Segment
• Handles liquidations and payment of bills of the department
• Handles other administration duties of the department as needed, like scheduling meetings, arranging meeting rooms, upkeep of the electronic hardware and software, etc.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Skills Needed: Education: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics
• Experience: Customer/Marketing Analytics
• Skills: Proficient in business intelligence, tools, software and dashboards; technical skills in multiple databases and programming; data visualization; presentation
