Job Descriptions:

• Maintain the daily operations and hygiene of the stray animal centre, including animal care and general treatment
• Handle ‘Trap Neuter Return’ (TNR) booking arrangement and SAF application arrangement
• Act as a liaison between NPV and public, including but not limited to answering inquiries about Stray Animal Fund, explaining hospitalized animals’ conditions to public
• Responsible for data consolidating, analysis and reports
• Assist in the promote welfare of stray animals in Hong Kong
• Field operation is necessary
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management and or Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Basic skills and knowledge of animals care
• Basic spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to work independently
• Proactive team player with strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiative, a quick learner, and detail minded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure and commit to meet deadline
• Holder of Degree/ High Diploma, preferably in Project Management is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Work on weekends occasionally
