KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develop solutions to complex technical problems. ·

2.Works in accordance with company processes, procedures, and work instructions and makes suggestions for improvements.

3.Working under the guidance of more senior engineers, resolves programmatic and technical problems that affect cost, schedule, and performance.

4.Interact with external and internal customers and suppliers and other members of the Integrated Product Team.

5.Verifies all design and drafting standards are met, checks for interaction of design with adjacent structures and/or systems.

6.Internship period at Aernnova Shanghai being trained by international team with local and foreign experts

7.To participate in the stress analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures as part of the product development team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.

2.Basic experience with Nastran/Patran and a basic knowledge of static/fatigue/damage tolerance methods is required.

3.Basic experience with following MS Office packages: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4.Basic knowledge of aircraft structures, design of composite and metallic parts and assemblies, stress, and manufacturing processes.

5.Candidates must have a global outlook, willingness to travel, ethics/honesty and be achievement-oriented.

6.Excellent communication (oral, written presentation), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
