Our client is a reputable property developer with new residential developments in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments of their residential portfolio in HK, an additional headcount for Structural Engineer has arisen. 

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing structural design and engineering for the commercial portfolio in Hong Kong
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Geotechnical/ Structural/ Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• MHKIE is preferred
• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing New development commercial development projects in HK
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
