1、大专及以上，3年以上汽车零部件采购相关经验；

College and above, more than 3 years experience in auto parts procurement;

2、熟悉IATF16949及APQP流程；

Familiar with IATF16949 and APQP processes;

3、熟悉注塑、冲压生产工艺流程；

Familiar with the injection molding and stamping production process;

4、熟悉PPAP，8D，MSA，及检测设备；

Familiar with PPAP, 8D, MSA, and testing equipment;

5、理解图纸及形位公差等要求；

Good understanding on drawings and shape tolerances;

6、具备分析质量问题、解决问题的方法；

Methods on quality analyzing and problem solving;

7、熟练的英语读写能力

Excellent English skill on reading & writing

良好沟通能力，能够对供应商及内部实施培训，并适应出差。

Good communication skills, able to implement training for suppliers and internals, and adapt to business trips.
