• Play a key role in the development of protein expression in E.Coli, insect, and mammalian cells.

• Play a critical role in the development of protein purification, including chromatography, filtration and etc.

• Provide protein crystallization and structure determination support for projects working towards structure-based drug design

• Perform the biophysics assays to measure the affinity kinetics parameters between two molecules.

Participate the development of GPCR protein expression and purification.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, structural biology, cell biology or related fields. MS degree with working experience is acceptable. Industry experience is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in protein science-related works, including construct design, molecular cloning, protein expression, protein purification, X-ray crystallography, NMR, SPR, ITC and etc.

• Experience with GPCR protein expression and purification is big plus.

• Experience with structural biology software (eg. CCP4, Phenix, Coot, Pymol)

• Excellent communication and team work skills

• Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese

• Be able to multitask, trouble-shoot and meet the timeline of milestones in a fast-pace company environment

• Be able to comply with the company compliance requirements
