Job responsibilities:
1. responsible for the structural design and development of hardware products, including but not limited to hardware parts, tools, moulds, etc.
2. Participate in all stages of product development, from modelling, structural design, mould follow up, trial mould review, trial production site follow up, as well as dealing with exceptions arising from the development stage.
3. Select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes and engineering techniques according to market demand to ensure product manufacturability and performance.
4. Perform material analyses and strength calculations to ensure product feasibility and reliability.
5. work closely with supplier production teams to resolve structural issues and engineering challenges in production.
6. Prepare detailed design documentation and files to record product specifications and design changes.
7. continuously improve and optimise product structure based on customer feedback and market demand.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in hardware product structure design and development.
3. Familiar with hardware materials, manufacturing processes and standards.
4. experience with CAD design and modelling and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
5. excellent problem solving and innovation skills, able to cope with product design challenges. 6. good communication and teamwork skills, able to work with multiple departments.
7. High concern for quality and performance of hardware products. Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
