This is a student position in the purchasing organization.

The student role resides within the Ecosystem and Alliance team, which is responsible for the sourcing of engineering support to the Research and Development business units in Intel globally.

The student role will include both technical and commercial aspects.

The student will be responsible for technical support of sourcing-related systems and tools, and for tactical and strategic data analysis in support of the sourcing requirements.

The student will also support commodity managers in the maintenance of contracts and scopes, and manage independently some smaller suppliers and bids, and will support the group tasks per need.

Qualifications

First or second-degree student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply chain or equivalent with at least 1,5 years till graduation.

• Good customer orientation and team work
• Work effectively in multicultural team environment, high tolerance of ambiguity, and ability to support multiple concurrent projects/ activities.
• Outstanding English (both verbal and written) crucial as work includes support to whole European region
• Ability to learn quickly and independently
• Action orientated and ability to work independently
• Computing environment skills: Outstanding Proficiency with Microsoft and Office and specifically in Excel are a must, Programming experience - advantage.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
