The Student intern will support the Senior EMEA Channels Services Manager in day-to-day sales management activities, as well as operational reports. In this position, you will manage multiple tasks, processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. The candidate must be well organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position works closely with individuals at different levels within Lenovo and our partners, including Distributors, Partners & Lenovo Sales, Operations, and technical teams. These are your detailed responsibilities: • You will learn about Lenovo DCG EMEAs maintenance, professional & managed services business & support our channel activities and initiatives • You will perform data analysis from our tools to provide key KPI reports including (attach rates, pen rates & average unit rates for our organization) • You will assist in managing day-to-day support of services programs (tracking signings, partner inquiries, program inquiries and reports). • You will work with DCG channel operations team to perform quarterly programs ROI assessments • You will work closely with services manager to create, design and execute quarterly promotions • You will prepare up to date channel status reports and communicate proactively to our internal team • Assisting Channel Servers Manager in setting quarterly targets to partners • Assisting in preparing weekly update files for DCG leadership team #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • You must be either a recent graduate or currently enrolled in university • You must have the ability to work minimum of 30 hrs per week • You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, as preparing reports on financials will be a requirement • Must be able to build structured presentations on Microsoft Power-point • Ability to collect, combine and analyze data in order to draw conclusions and make fact-based recommendations • You must be a detailed & process oriented individual • Comfortable in working within a matrix organization and work across multiple functions • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities • Excellent English language skills (oral & written) What We Will Offer You: • Opportunity to work in a strategic and complex role that is key for our EMEA services business • Opportunity to interact both with internal teams, as well as external customers and business partners • You will have the opportunity to be coached & mentored about end-to-end operations of our services business • Nurturing work environment. • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
