Student Intern – Python Overview of position Working independently and as part of group of Agile Scrum teams in the EU, US and worldwide that applies advanced testing methodologies to improve software quality, including functional, application, regression and performance testing. You will be a member of Q team Q Team is working on many quality initiatives. One of the most important activities today is the improvement of the Testing Framework, which is used internally in the EBS organization. Framework is written in Python and is using Pywinauto module. We are looking for somebody who is quality focused with good Python skills, who is open to learn and then implement good testing practices. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated engineer with excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully interact with fellow team members and developers on a daily basis. What will you be doing? Developing Test Automation Framework Supporting development teams in test automation Cooperating with Senior Developers/QAs on the automation development roadmap Taking a role of the team player: there will be more people like you! How long will the internship last? – 11 months with a possibility to be converted into a permanent position with Siemens. What do you need to succeed? Student of degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics or other related discipline, able to commit 20-40h/week for this job Conversational English Eligibility to work legally in Poland without immigration support Attention to details and high-quality work You should be familiar with Python on the practical level – the rest you can learn with us!
