You are responsible for the customer service of the Remote Patient Monitoring in Finland & Baltics. You are the main contact point for the customers and have regular status meetings with them. Further, you receive and deliver orders for the service and you support the Sales in Finland & Baltics. Next to the customer, you collaborate internally with the Product Owner and other stakeholders in the Sales or Customer Service team.
