If you are a student who has strong project, reporting and collaboration skills, and drives for impact and influence , then the Customer & Partner Experience (CPE) organization has an exciting opportunity for you. As CPE Student Worker Analyst you will be keenly focused on driving improvements to customer experience & satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You will be assisting the CPE Team in the following tasks as an Analyst:
- Customer and Partner Listening: Gather and analyze customer feedback and signals through Voice of Customer and Partner channels, local insights, Business Intelligence and analysis (45% of time)
- Influence and Land Customer Health Improvements: Assist with providing customer evidence and ensure execution of actions critical to customer satisfaction at local and global level. (40% of time)
- Foster Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) Culture and Ensure Accountability: Assisting with executing programs to embed customer obsession in employee lifecycle, ensure CPE accountability lands across all roles. (15% of time)
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Strong customer engagement skills
Strong data and analytical skills
Education:
Strong Analytical/Excel skills required. Power BI a plus
Studying towards a Masters or Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) or equivalent intern work experience required
Relevant fields of study include Sales, Marketing, Change Management, Organizational Development.
