Ihre Aufgaben: Koordinierung von Besprechungen (sowohl persönlich als auch aus der Ferne) für kleine und große globale Meetings, um sicherzustellen, dass die physische Infrastruktur und die digitalen Prozesse einsatzbereit sind. Dazu gehören auch die Planung und Durchführung kleinerer und größerer Veranstaltungen, die auch die Koordinierung von Besuchen der Geschäftsleitung und von Kunden umfassen können.
