Our Client, a well-established architecture practice is looking for a trustworthy, initiative, well-connected, hands-on, and experienced Studio Director (Architecture) to join their Manila studio. Qualified candidate should be familiar with the Philippines and SE Asia market as well as to knowing how to win projects, and manage a large team to deliver the back of house documentation services to a large architecture studio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall studio from securing new works to undertaking the works and providing follow up activities
• Able to win projects and manage a large team to deliver the back of house documentation services to a large architecture studio
• Manage client expectations and build on existing relationships for long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Actively involved in marketing and business development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related disciplines; Master’s degree in Architecture will be an advantage
• Min. 15 years of solid leadership experience, including min. 2 years of recent experience in the Philippines/ SE Asia with similar international groups working on large scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, master planning and industrial projects
• Experience in participating in marketing and business development with a proven track record of working in the development of new regional business units
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, SketchUp and MS Office
• Excellent in people and communication skills
