In this position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes and to deliver high-quality results through well-managed, on time and on budget projects. The Studio Manager will work collaboratively alongside with the Creative Studio team to help create content that makes an impact on our industry. As a partner with the creative studio team you will focus mainly on spearheading the prep, logistics and production of all shoots and photography. You will also act as a liason between teams to ensure creative execution is achieved in daily design requests, collobarote on asset delivery, quality control and management, and help with invoices, contracts and purchase order processing. As an individual contributor you will need to be a detail oriented self starter with a mind for logistics, budget and project management. Be expected to operate as a task master for the team, by helping move projects forward and deliverables along. Help traffic and manage the creative for proper approval and ensure feedback is addressed and documented. Have the flexibility to create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Responsibilities: Manage workflow lifecycle from project intake, creative development, Veeva submission through project delivery Help define and enforce process for project requests from multiple teams Develop scope of work and manage project times, deliverables, and communication across marketing programs Partner with all stakeholders on scoping and budget needs Help support and secure photo and video shoot resources (ie: photographyers, videographers, stylists, props and locations) as needed Process invoices, draft contracts and ammendments Manage creative team monthly expenses (ie:stock images, music downloads and prop purchases) Ensure appropriate resources are in place and updated on each phase of each project and help prioritize tasks Help source and negotiate with creative vendors to assist the Studio in executing content creation Track creative changes and their impact on cost / time frame of delivery; Track hours burned and ensure deadlines are met Quality check of all final deliverables and maintain the organization of creative assets and ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately within digital asset systems Work closely with team leads and external vendors to set up proper communcaiton channels, weekly touchbases, and follow ups Maintaine and organize all reference/process documents and contracts on our internal servers Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a project management role, with the ability to work closely with creatives (e.g. designers, copywriters, developers) and marketers Knowledge to project timeline development and management skills – Able to managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a knack for unraveling complex problems and processes into an easy to understand way Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well with multiple departments throughout the company High energy and go-getter attitude as we grow and build the creative studio team Proficient experience in project management tools (Monday,Trello, JIRA, Smartsheet, Team Gantt, etc.) Expert knowledge in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets – as well with Microsoft Office Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus Ability to work with various personlaity types and experience working with high profile photographers, videographers and stylists Sense of humor and strong orientation aligned with our team culture and values Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel Yes, 15 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC About AbbVie AbbVie’s mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.
