Job Description
Studio Production Manager Siemens has an exciting opportunity for a Studio Production Manager to join our Communications team based in our Manchester HQ. As our Studio Production Manager, you will be responsible for developing and producing multi-platform content for all areas of the Siemens business. You will be as confident developing podcasts as you are at creating exciting commercial content and delivering innovative live internal events. Our Studio Production Manager will oversee all creative projects, and it’s important that you can manage timelines and communicate effectively so that projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will also be able to work effectively with external agencies, when required, to support the delivery of complex productions. You will be experienced in production management and be passionate about creating high-quality content. You will solely manage our in-house production studio, but you will also have access to our global production teams to share ideas and problem-solve and work collaboratively as part of our communications team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who is highly creative, demonstrates leadership and can bring to life ideas that engage audiences internally and externally. Key areas include: Oversee all creative media projects and provide expert advice and guidance to the team Project manage all aspects of a creative brief from development to post-production Manage stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively across the business Be able to quickly identify technical issues and problem solve Have a growth mindset to continue building our in-house capabilities and drive improvements What experience do I need to qualify for this role? Demonstrate a thorough track record of delivering high-quality content Experience managing a production studio Strong communication and leadership experience vMix Live Production & Streaming Software Audio routing and using mixing desks Video Capture Hardware, specifically AJA Adobe Premier Pro for multi-cam & green screen editing Adobe Audition for podcast and voice-over editing Adobe After effects to create animated graphics Basic lighting principles e.g., 3 point Networking experience desirable, for the use of NDI and RTMP BlackMagic camera equipment. Consulting on copyright and intellectual property in media production. We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?
