Job Description
  • Administers inventory management plans that have complex supply chains
  • Supports the creation and use of supply forecast plans from internal or external source documents and tools.
  • Maintains study update sheets by using live data of an IRT System
  • Support supply chain inventory management processes in partnership with internal Clinical Supply Chain management team members and packaging partners.
  • Serves as a lead on assigned internal projects, ensuring internal project resources are focused on delivery and client satisfaction, leading by example
  • Ensures temperature excursion process is processed as required
  • Support close out activities including returned good reconciliation, inventory destruction processing, and file archiving
  • Summarizes data and makes recommendations for action relative to the clinical supply chain and packaging plans
  • Work together with Supply Chain Management and Client Services for project related documents
  • Work with internal Project teams to ensure consistent communication of clinical trial material supply status.
  • Supports revenue tracking, billing, and reconciliation as well as other administrative functions within the global service.
