Overall Purpose of the Role

In the role of Styling Manager, you will be the fashion styling advisor in recommending best product matching and art direction for online merchandise display shooting. You will partner closely with the Studio Manager as well as department stakeholders such as Buying, Merchandise Planning, Creative, Marketing and other relevant departments.

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas 

• Perform best product styling outcome of merchandise display interpreting specific brand and fashion character through product shots
• Manage product arrangement logistics independently and smoothly including collaborating with department stakeholders meeting brand guideline and standards
• Cooperate with the Studio Manager in facilitating product shooting in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate closely with the Studio Manager and other internal departments such as Buying, Merchandise Planning, Creative, Marketing and other relevant departments to demonstrate best-in-trend product styling to facilitate trouble-free product shooting
• Report to E-commerce management and senior management stakeholders on styling recommendation and enhancement coping with company’s growth and development
• Keep abreast of latest fashion and e-commerce news, trends and market competition

 Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative/ Studio Production or the equivalent  
• Minimum of 4 years fashion styling experience, preferably with experience in Fashion & Apparel, Creative and other relevant businesses
• With hands-on experience in managing fashion and lifestyle product styling partnering with multiple stakeholders
• With outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• With experience working in MNC or international business environment will be advantageous
• With passion and interest in e-commerce and fashion business
• Analytical minded, logical, and adaptable to fast paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
