  • Responsible for overall management of RTW
  • sales, merchandise and customer service
  • Maintain merchandising standards as set
  • forth by corporate visual department, to achieve goals of proper window
    installation and display
  • Create awareness and passion around
  • Fashion & Style overall
  • Develop and implement in-store event
  • through sales analysis to stimulate styling awareness
  • Retain and develop the existing clients

o Provide to store the initiatives to build
customer loyalty

o Coaching selling staffs to proactively
interact with clients, support selling staff to build relationship and gain
understanding at the personal level to facilitate future return visits

o Coaching selling staff to develop
initiatives and implementation plan for personalized brand experiences for
VICs

  • Recruit new VICs within and outside of
  • the stores

o Work with selling staff to provide
training, motivation and coaching to sales staffs to upgrade their
clienteling skill, calling technique, and client service standard

o Develop multi-sourced new client
development initiatives/ activities to ensure on-going clienteling activity
development.

  • Manage the store One To One appointment
  • (OTO) planning in stores

o Work with Store Manager and Coaching selling
staff to create monthly targets and execute OTO appointments in stores.

o Partnership with Store Manager to plan
and execute different product launching event and work on OTO planning to
meet monthly target

o To Coaching selling staff on each OTO to
prepare a range of target products to present to clients

  • Implement annual client action plan for
  • all VIP clientele with stores
  • Conduct Regular Competition visit:
  • benchmark LV standards in terms of selling staff’s knowledge in Styling
  • Drive floor-coaching for selling staff on
  • frequent basis, act as a personal mentor in styling
  • Inform direct report of decisions and
  • procedures relating to business issues made at the store level.
  • Obtain approval prior to implementation
  • of new programs or procedures.
  • Provide clear and informative business
  • review
  • Partner with logistics and product teams
  • to insure appropriate assortment
