• Plan card body demand according to supplier capacity in house and subcontractors.
• Create BOM for PO to create Work Order base on PDF (Need checking PDF ,Version....).
• Place plastic PO to supplier by daily basis.
• Ensure BAT transfer from Pre-press.
• Monitor performance of supplier on daily basis (output/plan achievement/…).
• Reschedule card body schedule and connect base on priority.
• Manage shipment and connect between supplier and subcontractor by daily basis

• Control overs and inventory.
• Escalate issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare invoice and documents.
• Scorecards for Plastic Subcon.
• Back up Subcon planner.
• Back up Clerk of Subcon planner.
