Responsibilities:

1. Provide academic support during assigned hours.

2. Observe and evaluate students’ work to determine progress and make suggestions for improvement.

3. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs, abilities and interests.

4. Motivate and support students through positive feedback and reinforcement.

5. Communicate with parents as applicable.


Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Openness to training and skills development.

3. Mastering of appropriate and effective learning techniques for students of different age levels.

4. Ability to work with students one-on-one and in small groups.
