What will your role be?
  • Drive subscription business for all products through improve Subscription renewal revenue, subscription renew rate and overall customer satisfaction while continue increasing the value of subscription services for customers, resellers and DS sales team.
  • Encourage reseller owners to hire dedicate subscription sales to focus on subscription business, increased FTE accordingly based on their customer base.
  • Coach reseller and subscription reps to follow up 12-months service workflow, recapture sales workflow, and phone call scripts to improve renew rate and renew revenue while improve customer satisfaction and customer’s 3D software application capability.
  • Offer regularly new hire training for reseller new hire subscription reps.
  • Make incentive plan to reseller owners and reseller subscription Reps accordingly to encourage them to commit and over-achieve the subscription target.

The challenges ahead

  • Regular visit customers to educate them the service awareness, to emphasize the value of subscription service, and to better understand their needs, requirements, critical business issue in order to help them better usage of software, better design and smart work.
  • Regular visit resellers to educate them the service awareness, to promote Best-in-Class practices, to better understand their needs, their plan, their difficulties and challenges they are facing and their understanding of DS policy, strategy, plan, KPI and focus so as to continue growth subscription revenue, increase subscription renew rate and enhance customer satisfactions.
  • Interface with DS Marketing, Field Services, Sales, and Reseller Channel to produce and promote subscription contents and the value of subscription, include regular nurturing and recapture activities to help resellers increase subscription revenue.
  • Interact with subscription, sales, service operations, and customer center as necessary to insure that sales and subscription policies and objectives are in alignment. At minimum, provide monthly updates to sales management and team to communicate Territory subscription KPI’s Revenue, budget performance. Identify top and underperform

Your key success factors
  • Sales Experience and Channel Management Experience is better.
  • Good Computer skill, Communication Skill and English Skill.
