This Supplier Manager position is responsible for managing one of Intel's largest suppliers chartered with supplying High Density Interconnect (HDI) Substrates to Intel Assembly Test Manufacturing factories worldwide.

• This senior position is the primary point of contact and liaison between the supplier and Intel, and responsible for supplier performance and relationship management.
• Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: key contributor to the development of the substrate sourcing strategy, creation of supplier centric strategies and programs, and the tactical execution of the sourcing strategy at the supplier level.
• As a Supplier Manager within the Substrate Business Group, the Supplier Manager will create supplier continuous improvement plans, negotiate novel contracts with large multinational corporations, conduct detailed benchmarking and turn market intelligence data into actionable plans.
• Cost reduction, cost management, managing quality expectations, and ensuring the availability of substrates to Intel factories globally are key components of this job.

Qualifications

• Desired candidate has strong supplier management experience along with strong contract and price negotiations experience with large suppliers.
• Preference working with Japanese or Asian suppliers.
• Should have minimum 10 year experience working at Intel or equivalent in supply chain or global supply organization.
• MBA degree preferred or Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
