Bentley Systems seeks a talented individual to serve as a Success Consultant on our product teams using your technical and business acumen to provide Bentley software users direct support, subject matter expertise on best practices, digital workflows for engineering, construction and operation of infrastructure assets.   This is a multi-faceted role where you will develop your Bentley product knowledge to also provide sales support, create training materials, author and deliver webinars, and provide industry thought-leadership.  We are looking for a relationship-driven Success Consultant with exceptional communication skills who has a passion for software technology who possesses business, commercial and technical acumen.   If you have the ability to have meaningful conversations with accounts and to demonstrate the value of their software investment, we need you.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

After an onboarding period where you will use your industry expertise to quickly learn about Bentley software products and services, you will:

  • Engage with internal and external account stakeholders to delivery on Calls to Action (CTA) for subscriber accounts and participate in capturing business outcomes. 
  • Represent your Product Advancement Group (PAG) to ensure a seamless experience for our subscribers.
  • Create and document success plays that deliver desired business results using Bentley technology
  • Handle day-to-day communications in a collaborative, quick and thoughtful way, to be tracked in our CSM system.

 

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • engineering construction
    • operations in Process Manufacturing industry (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, food & beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, paper),
    • Discrete manufacturing,
    • mining,
    • civil (road or rail transportation, complex buildings and campuses)
  • Exceptional negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • An ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively while assisting with multiple accounts performing a variety of responsibilities.
  • Genuine care and stewardship of account success with a willingness to provide and to receive constructive feedback.
  • A can-do mentality paired with the desire to make a difference and bring real value to the table for our customers.
  • A proven track record of aggregating individual customer feedback and requests to help serve the needs of the overall software user base.
  • An engineering degree, a closely related degree or 2+ years of equivalent industry work experience in architecture, engineering and construction sector involving project delivery of infrastructure assets.
  • Ability to travel from up to 50%.
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus as is experience and/or certification in engineering design, construction, project delivery and/or asset performance.
