Subject training: According knowledge / attitudes / skills and other aspects of various themes training, phased implementation.
133 Refresh training: Enhancement training for new/star product.
DP training: The new products, subject training courses for Distribution channels DP
3) Customize training& Monthly meeting
According to the Field coach and feedback of BAS design customized training
4) According to the monthly sales data analysis, the status of implementation of goal achievement training courses
The subject such as experience training techniques, hand care, makeup, etc.
2. Field coach
1) The training following system
Through observation, demonstration, feedback, adjust the on-site sales follow-up
Do the role play on-site to make sure BA the Mastery of knowledge
3. Others
1) Recruitment. Assisting with sales supervisors to recruit counter-managers as well as BA for new counters
2) Beauty class. Beauty workshop for customer focus on skin care/beauty tip/hero product/hand or facial treatment.
3) Administration. Monthly PPT report, Monthly data report , monthly plan, regional budget control, training expenses etc.
