1. RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead culture workshop activities in the camp.
To take part of designing of activities and curriculums.
To teach English about camp and overseas life.
To lead group and whole community activities by cooperating with the other counselors.
To facilitate camper to participate in the camp activities and do the reflection.
To help campers to develop good habits and life skills.
To observe and solve campers’ problem in health, motion or relations with others.
To make sure campers’ safety
To attend regular meetings and give campers’ feedback to the team in time.

2.REQUIREMENTS
Need: 4 international counselors (2 male, 2 female)
Language: Fluent English (English Native speakers are preferred); Basic Chinese
Age: 20-26 years old
Personality: Energetic/Positive /Patient enough with all aged group of children.
Specialty: Good at outdoor sports, arts（music, dance, painting or hand-crafts）,
Be capable to design and lead a theme workshop to 9-12 years-old kids.
Team work: Be capable to communicate and cooperate with our local program team and counselors.
Adaptability: Be capable to take challenges and have strong adaptability to the new

3. BENIFITS:
Salary Package：3000-3500RMB for the whole session(6 days)
Transportation: maximum 600 RMB for the rounds trip allowance.
Insurance: we will buy the accident insurance for all the counselors for the safety consideration.
Food: three meals are all covered for free
Accommodation: all counselors will live in the camp dorm where Wi-Fi, 24-hour hot water and basic electric appliances are provided.
