Web service:

Must have:
Familiar with C
Experience with software development for embeded system or MCU
Solid knowledge about microcomputer principle.
Preferred:
Familiar with assembly language.
Experience with ARM based system development.
Knowledge about how code is compiled. Knowledge of GCC/Makefile.
Knowledge about OS.

Hardware Design/Verification:
Must have:
Familiar with Verilog/Systemverilog
Solid knowledge about digital circuit, ASIC design.
Familiar with linux working environment.
Preferred:
Understand the design flow of ASIC
Experience with UVM flow
Experience with script(perl, cshell, python, tcl)
Familiar with EDA tools
