Summer Intern- Sales Support Team

Job Description:

Job Narrative:

• Proceed timely and accurate data inputting, internal reporting, and filling services to the

Sales team

• Provide services on quotation requests, processes customer orders and backlog
• Troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solution with multiple approaches for

the best result

• Works proactively with customer account/ invoice issues
• Manage customer & supplier inquiry

Job Holder Requirements:

• University student with legit work status in Hong Kong
• Sales administration or back office support experience is preferred
• Customer centric, good time management, and problem solving skills
• Good team player
• Well organization skills & priority setting
• Fluency in Mandarin, English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Excel

Work Period: Mid of Jun - Aug 2019

Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
