Background
The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong. We have 22 schools in Hong Kong from Kindergartens to Secondary Schools. We hire well over 1000 teachers from across the globe, and educate over 18,000 students from more than 60 nationalities. The Human Resources Department of the English Schools Foundation headquarter is looking for HR Assistants for summer internships spanning from June to August/September 2020.

Job details as below:
- Assist HR managers with Data Analytics and Total Rewards projects. A perfect role if you love Excel, want to play with Tableau or other business analytics programs.
- Assist with updating HR systems, file and record maintenance, and data input. Tangible projects that will stretch you but are measurable and achievable.
- Assist in with various ESF HR projects that are part of the summer calendar such as new employee orientation, induction, our onboarding programme (including ESF’s famous Treasure Hunt) and policy updating. Our interns are known for having more fun than is almost humanly possible.

Requirements
- Studying in HR, Business Administration or General Management related or relevant subjects in University Bachelor Degree programme
- Good computer skills
- Good verbal and written English
- Team player, willing to learn
- Good MS Excel skills
