Job Description
The Department
Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
The Job
You will:
- process voluminous vendors’ invoices and employees’ claims timely and accurately
- assist supervisors to casting F&B invoice
- maintaining accounting record
- follow up payable related matters with vendors and line departments
- prepare routine and ad hoc expenditure analysis
- handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
About You
'What we look for:
- A university student in Accounting or other related discipline;
- Responsible & independent;
- Good math and detail-oriented skills;
- Self-motivated and well organized;
- Proficient in using Microsoft excel and word.
Terms of Employment
Temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Employment period: 2 months.
