Job Description
The Department
Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
The Job
You will:
- Prepare accounts reconciliation & accounting entries, proof reading in English & Chinese of annual report, computer literacy in using Excel & Word
- be a team member of Financial Accounting team to provide financial accounting services to business units
- support the preparation of companies' accounts and profits tax computation
- support the User Acceptance Testing of operating systems implementation
- handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
About You
'What we look for:
- A university student in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline;
- Energetic & organized;
- Possess good communication skill and enjoy teamwork;
- Good initiative, business thinking and analysis skills;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
Terms of Employment
Temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Employment period: 2 months.
