Job Description
The Department
The Racing Event Marketing Department is responsible for marketing and promotion of horse racing and event management at the two racecourses. It is established as a fully integrated functional unit to manage end-to-end marketing process from planning, campaign management to product positioning management.
The Job
You will:
- Support marketing operational functions such as production of marketing materials and communication delivery;
- Work with different external vendors such as design house, printer and redemption centre, etc.;
- Perform general marketing administrative duties such as invoice processing, market research, program clipping, meeting preparation, report preparation;
- Support any ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
About You
What we look for:
- A university student in any discipline;
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Proactive, independent, good analytical skills;
- Occasionally work on weekends and / or public holidays at Shatin / Happy Valley racecourses.
Terms of Employment
Temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Employment period: 2 months.
