Required Skills and Experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) are required General understanding and use of a PC (Typing, keyboard shortcuts, file saving, etc.) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data Effective communication (both verbal and written), time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently Strong problem solving skills Strong attention to detail SAP / ERP experience preferred but not mandatory Quick Learner Ability to work within a team environment Ability to work in fast paced and time sensitive environment Roles & Responsibilities: In this role the primary function will be completing the daily returns log provided by the Returns team. Work closely with 3PL managing all country returns Identify and report return / credit order discrepancies An excel file listing parts received at the returns warehouse will be provided at the beginning of each day, including details to be used to process each return. Using the provided information in the excel file, SAP will then be utilized to cross reference order & returning part details to ensure 100% accuracy (Including but not limited to ensuring the accuracy of PO #, Notification #, Part / Serial # & reason code) Determining credit value, part warranty & investigating any and ALL discrepancies (i.e.: missing info on the log, serial number inconsistencies, etc.) Investigations include corresponding via email with technicians & with 3PL warehouse staff (requesting photos of freight, clarifications, etc.) Data entry of 3PL references (box #) into SAP & into the daily log Data entry of all verified information into daily log, saving and returning the completed file to returns team to finalize the process.
