We are currently seeking the Super Premium Sales Manager to join us, reporting to Super Premium Sales Director, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to):

 

1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
 
Set SP W.S development criteria
Identify W.S candidates, evaluate their candidacy and sign them as specialized W.Ss

3. Accountabilities 职责
 
W.S Development
Set SP W.S development criteria
Identify W.S candidates, evaluate their candidacy and sign them as specialized W.Ss
Execution Management
Set commercial policies and enforce implementation (price, promotion, rebate, incentive, transshipment)
Involve into WS front team’s daily execution like routing, re-routing, KPI setting, execution standard
Capability Building
Assess W.S's capability gap and conduct trainings accordingly
Develop tools to assist trade execution
Diagnostic and conduct work with training to drive execution excellence
Performance Evaluation
Cascade ABI targets and strategy to W.S; engage W.S in strategy setting and planning
Set W.S KPI and responsible for performance tracking and evaluation
 
 
 
 
 
 

Qualifications

 
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
 
 
Education 教育背景:
-      Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc,  / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
-      Bachelor’s degree is MUST本科以上学位
 
Experience 工作经验:
 
-      Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment / 具备在跨国公司相关管理岗位工作经验  
-      At least 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable / 至少5年工作经验,有快销行业工作经验优先考虑
-      At least 3 years working experience in business environment / 至少3年在商务环境的经验
 
Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)
 
-      General knowledge of business performance practices / 基本商务知识
-      Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint / 良好的电脑技能,主要是Excel和PPT
-      Good communication skill and coaching skill / 良好的沟通技巧和培训技巧
-      Good English skill / 英语水平优良
-      Good learning ability / 良好的学习能力
-      Excellent presentation skill / 出色的演示技巧
