The opportunity:

We have an opportunity for a proactive and confident insurance professional to join our Partnership Insurance Risk Team as Supervision Analyst. This role is all about ensuring key supervision processes and reporting are accomplished and it will suit someone who is process driven and is able to communicate and educate effectively.

About the role:

  • Perform monitoring activities to ensure that Financial Advisers in our FAP use AdviceTrack and maintain records in Xplan

  • Monitoring and initial investigation of complaints

  • Prepare and distribute notices of non-compliance

  • Collation of timely, accurate and insightful reporting of supervision activities

  • Completing annual validations

  • Organise and minute meetings

  • Prepare and distribute quarterly dashboards

  • Ensure that compliance incidents, escalations, material complaints or other non-compliance to other supervision activities are escalated

  • Set up and conduct file reviews on a monthly basis

  • Support the supervision team as required

About you:

  • Experience within insurance/banking is preferred

  • Superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally.

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate to find solutions that meet business needs.

  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to think laterally and apply good judgement

  • Strong eye for detail
