Job Summary
- The Field Supervisor position is responsible for after service, maintenance, customer satisfaction, service project execution and supporting for recurring service business development in the responsible region. He/ She will be in a position to work together with all regional service team members, construction team members and subcontractors, to deliver work deliverables with required quality and on timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety requirements when implementing service works.
- Responsible for understanding and promoting the IFW methodology.
- Responsible for well management for the field activities as per the assigned scope of work, to deliver the expected deliverables with required quality and on timely manner.
- Responsible for customer service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Responsible for recurring service project execution.
- Responsible for customer satisfactions.
- Plan and coordinate the subcontractor resource in advance. Well manage the subcontractor resource to complete the assigned task.
- Prepare the personal work report per requested by Construction Manager or Service Manager.
- Attend training course assigned by his / her manager, or when the skill technically required by the assigned scope of work.
- Well communication with client to receive a clear defined scope of work.
- Follow both client’s and Exyte’s processes and specifications. When encounter conflict, consult manager for the best solution
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Science or Engineering. Relevant technical field such as electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, refrigeration, computer science or other related.
- 2 years+ field construction experience in the required filed of discipline.
- Experience in Semiconductor industry or Flat Panel Display industry is preferred.
- Able to read engineering drawings. Competent in the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools.
- Must have a positive attitude, be energetic and enthusiastic possess a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
- A self-starter who can set priorities, can demonstrate initiative and the ability to get the job done
- Capable of exercising good independent judgment.
- Possess excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
- Possess basic computer skills which includes thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
