ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1、Responsible for the preparation of bar opening, bar inventory, ordering, and complete the corresponding report;

2. Manage and supervise Ayi duties, and Ayi’s work schedule;

3、In charge of morning reception and serving duties;

4、Maintain restaurant cleanness and sanitary, the supply and equipment of the restaurant;

5、Assign CAGES regional tasks and supervise the work of the attendants ;

6、Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the restaurant, kitchen and other departments;

7、Take the lead in serving customers during busy business hours. And provide quality service for the guests;

8、Pay attention to special and important guests and provide services for them. Understand the evaluation and push of the store at that time, introduce menu contents and recommend special dishes, and answer guests' questions;

9、Response to guest complaints, and make relevant records and draw lessons from experience;

10、Conduct regular performance evaluation to the waiters, recommend the reward and punishment to the restaurant manager, and organize the implementation of the training;

11、Understand employees' dynamics, concerned about employees, and provide corresponding services for them;

12、Completing other tasks assigned by the superior.


QUALIFICATIONS

1、5 years of work experience, related restaurant management experience for more than 2 years

2、Excellent customer service skills.

3、Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

4、Professional appearance and demeanor.

5、Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

6、Able to effectively communicate in Mandarin and English, in both written and oral forms.
