Supervise the cleaning and conduct inspection of Casino, F&B outlets, public areas, and heart of house areas using designated checklists

Ensure washroom cleanliness, hygiene and supplies such as soaps, towels and toilet paper are properly replenished by Public Area Attendants according to the standards

Conduct regular checking of water leakage, condensation, damage, etc. and inform Facilities Department for urgent repair

Ensure adequate stock cleaning supplies and operating supplies in pantries and attendant carts

Arrange cleaning schedules of chandeliers, water features, walls, floors, carpets, trash containers, etc. in public areas

Develop and conduct on-the-job cleaning and operating programs which includes techniques of using chemicals, detergents, cleaning equipment, cleaning of windows, marble, carpets, sofa, linen, etc

Liaise with outside contractors as appropriate. Follow up and inspect all contracted projects to ensure quality of the work performed is according to guidelines

Ensure appropriate staffing levels and assign special duties as needed

Provide feedback on team member performance to Assistant Executive Housekeeper. Report disciplinary issues to Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Document pertinent information in department log book and in the system

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
