Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical staff for daily operations of the analytical chemistry laboratory;
• Monitor and meet testing TAT and deadline of projects;
• Provide training to technical staff as required;
• Implement new test programs, methods, instrumentation, and internal procedures;
• Identify and report any potential problems within the department;
• Ensure adherence to the Company Quality System;
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Requirement:

We are looking for candidate who fulfils the following requirements:

1. Degree holder in industrial chemistry, chemical engineering or analytical chemistry;
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the testing industry, and at least 1 year in supervision of laboratory operations;
3. Self-motivated, independent, good problem-solving skills, and with good communication skills;
4. Good in organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships both internally and externally;
5. Flexible to work overtime;
6. Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Chemist or Senior Chemist.
