Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for arranging the in-bound, out-bound shipment according to client’s daily enquiry and monitor warehouse house keeping.

  • To coordinate with customs declaration into and out of bonded zone.

  • To adjust orders and inventory in Tigers warehouse management system

  • To complete all the billing and invoicing on time in Cargowise

  • To be proactive in looking for and solving problems of existing work processes and continuously improve service quality to meet the client’s needs

  • To liaise and co-ordinate with carriers (freight forwarders or courier forwarders), agents (inbound/outbound customs decl.), customers, supplier and both inhouse and outsourced operators to ensure smooth delivery of shipments and warehousing operation

  • To produce and improve existing SOP according to the project, improve management processes such as warehousing and distribution, implement monitoring and management

  • To be responsible for the management of team KPI, complete monthly KPI review together with team to ensure the quality of operation and regular optimization

  • To perform other tasks assigned by the Manager


Desired Skills and Experience:

? Minimum 3-years’ or above experience in logistics industry, especially relevant working experience in operations of bonded warehouse and courier business

? Good inter-personal, problem-solving and team-work skills

? Fair in English speaking and writing skills

? Experienced in Cargowise

? Experienced in warehouse management system

? Skilled in MS office & email

? Bachelor degree or above
