Responsibilities
- Supervisor to the assistant to formulate the overall Marketing Strategy with Manager and coping with product plans
- Analyze the product features, market needs, sales data, consumer behaviour and the competitive environment of each of the products and forumate respective Marketing Strategy and Activities. Products include new route launch, business class, frequent flyer program and destination promotion etc
- Supervisor to execute those Marketing Activities, including communication concept development, copy-writing, production support, media placement and digital marketing intelligence of product promotion by working closely with internal designers and external advertising and media agencies, as to ensure the target ROI to be reached.
- To provide coaching and support of marketing strategic planning and design to Global markets
- Assist with the planning, execution and evaluation of partnership and joint promotions, and explore new opportunities with potential partnerships including tourism boards and airports.
- Monitor the latest industry market trends and updates
Requirements
- University degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines
- At least 3+ years experience in product marketing, travel and/or aviation fields
- Familiar with performance driven digital marketing landscape in Hong Kong is a must. Good to have knowledge in e-commerce and also global marketing concept such as Mainland China, APEC and North America
- Experience in Marketing or Communications in Hong Kong, Mainland China, APEC and North America will be a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to multi-task, and with a team-player attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, reliable and independent, bringing a positive attitude and energy to the team
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
- Strong understanding and interest in current Marketing & Branding best practices in the industry, and able to bring insights to the team’s Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office
