Responsibilities

• Catering products Supply Chain and Inventory Control (Home based)
• Monitoring the performance of inflight Catering products
• Provide necessary information of inflight products to internal department and sections
• Maintain inflight products database and updates
• Review terms of Purchase Contract

Requirements

• Post-Secondary graduate is preferred   
• 3-5 years’ experience in caterer or other related company(Logistics experience is preferred)     
• At least 1 year on supervisory level         
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing                                         
• Sensitive in figures and capable of handling massive data                             
• Strong analytical skill and able to meet tight schedule or deadline
