Description
1. Brief Description (3-4 lines)
Why does the job/role exist?
The documentation supervisor will have to manage and lead a team of documentation representatives and teal leads to achieve high customer satisfaction. He/she will have to lead the team to achieve the productivity and quality to meet the requirements of the business service level agreement. The documentation supervisor will also have to ensure that all individual process are adhered to and monitored closely.
2. Key Result Areas (2 – 3 Key Items)
What does the job need to deliver? How is it measurable?

  • Ensure all documents are produced within customer’s service level agreement
  • Ensure that all pending items are followed through and communicated clearly with internal customers
  • Monitor and guide team to ensure excellent day-to-day operations and thus create high customer satisfaction.
  • Execute intensity programs with existing customers to build and strengthen current relationship with an objective to provide value added services.
  • Review process flows to maximize efficiency at the center

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties (6 –7 items)

  • Manage and lead an efficient and professional documentation team who will exceed customer’s expectation.
  • Monitor and allocate resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellence.
  • Review and identify customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional offices.
  • Pro-actively communicate with internal and external customers on industrial, country and company initiatives and changes.
  • Review and implement new initiative from internal and external customers.
  • Support and roll out any system or process enhancement implemented by corporate.
  • Achieve consistency in output of docs / services that is timely, complete & accurate

Qualifications

Education/Experience, skill sets, desired competencies;

Show which are ‘Typical’ and which are ‘Nice to have’

Education Tertiary education is required, with preference for Logistics Management.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English

Experience 3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
