The Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Supervisor oversees our 3rd party service provider to ensure stockroom health and service support in a highly compliant business. Ensures all aspects of Master Service Agreement and Statement of work (MSA-SOW) are being achieved while targeting to deliver MRO priorities. This position will help create and execute the strategic and tactical direction to drive optimization of inventory levels and space utilization, as well as improve order fill rates, customer satisfaction, and total cost performance. In addition, this role will provide project management for MRO continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities • Leads a multifaceted team adhering to MSA-SOW established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial objectives. Manage $25MM in maintenance and repair spare parts inventory and $17MM in associated annual spend. Including cost savings initiatives stated in MSA-SOW. • Conduct MRO site audits for stockroom variances and general performance. • Oversees purchasing and sourcing requirements including basic unit price/standard cost annual system uploads. • Manages stock requirements to ensure adequate stock levels for stakeholders and provides technical expertise for MRO issues. Assesses vendor performance on a quarterly basis. • Generates ad-hoc reports that support the MRO processes/improvements and key stakeholders. • Coordinates purchasing and operations requirements (PO Request, POs, Service Entries, Attendant, Receiving, etc.) to support budgetary obligations, including processing, review, approval, and monitoring of POs as related to MRO and stakeholders. • Facilitate MRO new employee onboarding, training, and general system access requests. Including procedure updates and process improvements. • Provides technical expertise, including assessments, systems troubleshooting, and stakeholder assistance as requested. • Resolves account payable inquires. Submits yearly records retention documents. • Addresses safety concerns/observations including hazardous material labeling. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in MRO • 2 years minimum of cGMP and Good Documentation Experience • CMMS, SRM, DSP proficiency required • Computer proficiency and good writing skills required • Strong customer focus and ability to multitask effectively • Highest level of integrity and diplomacy • Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours based on MRO needs; ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively; ability to manage high volume of work under tight service deadlines • Confident and assertive personality with the toughness to drive MRO initiatives and streamline current processes Significant Work Activities N/A Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
