Manufacturing supervisor, in charge of DA step shift workload:                                                 1. To drive team to do risk assessment to ensure safety manufacturing and cost saving.   
2. Production line discipline control, monitor the team to follow the WI/SOP strictly, voice up when the document can’t be follow up for some special reasons.  
3. To follow up the OEE and OLE daily, maintain good 5S on production floor.  
4. Review the daily/weekly production report, ensure production plan under control.   Provides leadership to establish a positive, customer driven, team oriented environment.  
5. The candidate is responsible to daily planning, direct/indirect materials, manpower, equipment and other required resources, ensure on time delivery and quality meet the product specification.  
6. We expect the candidate to bring strong background in production control & management, and we are looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication to teamwork.
