According to company’s BP loading and actual requirement, arrange OT/leave efficiently, ensure smooth production, and avoid employee’s safety case based on prevention first.

Implement department automation requirements

1、 本科或以上学历，机械/电子工程或其他同等工程学位，英语4级。

Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering or other equivalent engineering degrees, CET-4.

2、 熟悉wafer Location及Bin Code管理，能独立处理与完成计划部/仓库/代加工工厂等之间的沟通及抓住改善机会予以落实。

Experience on wafer Location and Bin Code management, independently handle and complete the communication between planning/warehouse/OEM, make improvement opportunities come true.

3、 精通自动化框架设计，包括ARV/ARS/TT/ACS逻辑和原理，强力的逻辑思维，推动公司提升自动化比例。

Proficient in automation framework design, including ARV/ARS/TT/ACS/RTD/RMS logic and principle, strong logic, promote to increase the proportion of automation in company.

4、 有公司项目经验，有多项系统（包括硬件/软件/辅助界面），多个职能部门之间的联合设计，掌控，联调的专家。

Experienced in project management, experts in multiple systems (including hardware/software/auxiliary interface), co-design and coordination between multi-functional departments.

5、 具有故障/原因分析，5Why、8D、能独立解决问题，预防问题再发生的能力。

Have capability of failure/cause analysis, 5Why, 8D, independent problem solving and preventing recurrence.
