Summary: Responsible for whold marine all vessels' planning by coordinating with each alliance partner, up/down stream concerned parties, and planning certral to provide the most correct & reliable inbound & outbound files for yard TT plan and shipside vessel operation. Guide team member about CATOS and monitoring their status.

Key Accountibilites: 1. Coordinate with central planner of each line for all stowage planning and follow stowage instuction, stowage pattern and special stowage requirement to ensure each vessel pre-stowage plan with maximum container loading and safety sailing stability condition, check if re-stow containers were create/assign yard block/update account party preperly and follow central planners' instruction. 2. Inbound file receiving into CASP system and upload to CATOS thru EDI system with care monitoring. Then collect, check and update important stowage information including DG/Reefer/OOG/COD/BB...etc. 3. Provide excellent stowage arrangement for shipside operation and adjustment stowage timely to meet operation need and satisfy cheif mate's requirement including operation handling data, paper and document delivering. 4. Departure EDI file finalize in CATOS and provide to vessel operator ASAP. Secure all stowage inbound/outbound file with excellent reliability and collect/build/update vessl particular. 5. Provide the best service, communication and cooperation with up/down stream concerned parties and Alliance partners. 6. All vessel operation stowage papers filing and management. Ensure all system, stowage process, papers, and document in good order without any loss and service failure. 7. Indentify correct routing of containers for billing purpose and co-worker with finance and billing team to make sure THC can be collected correctly. 8. Guide our stowage and vendor members to familiar with CATOS and monitoring their learning status in daily work. Check and keep sensitively during operation to find any irregular data cause by system or human error and report to TSB or management team. During CATOS enhancement stage, brainstorming if any way to make whole terminal operation more efficient with other super users. 9. Monitor all CHE/vendor working condition during vessel operation and support yard operation team in CATOS if no yard supervisor on duty. Collecting/filing safety documents including ISPS/safety patrol/vessel operation check list/inquiry sheet of ship handling facility and operational environment/crew embark and disembark record/operation danger notice...etc. 10. Checking/maintain lifting gear in sound condition and hold training course to vendor periodically.
