Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft materials/parts receiving & inspection in accordance with CAD regulation and company procedures;
• Review and manage the shelf-life controlled items to meet OEM recommendations and company requirements periodically;
• Perform re-validation checks on perishable materials and aircraft spare parts;
• Initiate and perform stock taking program;
• Implement quarantine procedure to those discrepancies or security related items;
• Maintain aircraft materials/parts release documents/certification including but not limited to Airworthiness Release Certificate as requirements;
• Manage the store racking area of the unserviceable part, quarantine part, and observation part;
• Perform and monitor the stock move among HKE's different warehouse;
• Structure receiving and inspection procedure to fulfill business and development requirements;
• Supervise the contracted store and ensure its services are up-to-standard;
• Perform store management duties on shift (7x24);
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Holder of an Engineering degree or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within logistics, procurement, warehouse and systems management with at least 1 year in airlines/ MRO store for aircraft parts handling;
• Familiar with IATA ATA 300 (Specification for Packaging of Airline Supplies);
• Holder of IATA DG license certificate is preferred.

Desirable Qualities:

• Excellent analysis skill, logical thinking and stress resistant;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese language is a plus;
• Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
